Steps:
- 1. Place a Dutch oven over medium/high heat. Add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring often to break apart meat, until no longer pink.
- 2. Add the green pepper, onion and minced garlic. Cook another 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until onions start to soften.
- 3. Add the cooked macaroni, condensed soup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- 4. Cook another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- 5. Sprinkle top with grated cheese, if desired.
