Steps:
- 1) Mix yeast and 3 cups flour together in a large bowl. 2) Heat to warm: sugar, salt, shortening and milk. Heat to melt butter, but still able to touch with fingertips. 3) add eggs to warm liquid mixture 4) Add liquid mixture to flour/yeast mixture until smooth 5) Use dough hooks and add up to 2 2/3 cups flour 6) Let rise 45-60 minutes 7) Press dough down and shape into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls 8) Let rise up to 1 hour or until double in size 9) bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
