My mom made this cake when I was a kid. MOST PEOPLE HAVE IT WITH CHOCOLATE ICING MY MOM MADE IT WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING REALLY MAKES THIS A GREAT CAKE.

- 1. PRE- HEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES. SPRAY TWO 9 IN. PANS AND LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
- 2. SIFT TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS ,SET ASIDE
- 3. BEAT EGGS AND SUGAR 3 MINS. ADD VANILLA AND MAYONNAISE, BLEND WELL THEN ON LOW SPEED ADD WATER,MIX .
- 4. MIX IN DRY INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMBINED. POUR IN PANS . BAKE 25 MINS.
- 5. COOL 10 MINS . REMOVE SET ON RACKS LAY TEA TOWEL GENTLY OVER EACH ONE TO COOL COMPLETELY about 20 to 25 mins.
- 6. BEAT CREAM CHEESE ,BUTTER AND VANILLA TIL CREAMY ADD POWDERED SUGAR SLOWLY . ICING CAKE STORE COVERED IN REFRIGERATOR.
