Mom's Chipped Beef Cheese Ball image

My Mom (in the picture) used to make this at every holiday or party - eventually, people started asking for this as a "gift". :) Simple, but the flavors are so good together. I hope you enjoy!Serve with your favorite cracker - I like Chicken in a Biscuit or Sociables.

Number Of Ingredients 4

16 ounce(s) cream cheese
5 ounce(s) chipped beef, chopped / minced finely
3 - green onions, chopped finely
2 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce, or more to taste if preferred

Steps:

  • Mix into a ball (1/2 of chipped beef in cheese ball), cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate. Roll the chilled cream cheese ball in the other half of the chipped beef. Serve with favorite crackers.
