Mom's Chinese Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cups Water
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Sweet Onion (Sliced)
4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts/Thighs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 and combine first 5 ingredients to make sauce and pour over chicken and onions in rectangular Pyrex dish.
  • Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
