Steps:
- Brown the beef, garlic powder and onions in a large pot. Add beans (unrinsed) and tomatoes, rinsing the cans with water to add to pot (equivalent to one 14 oz can). Add chili powder and Tabasco to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then turn heat to low and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally. Skim fat and serve over steamed white rice or Frito's corn chips with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
