Steps:
- 1. Pour melted butter in bottom of 8 x 11 glass baking dish. Combine beaten eggs and all other ingredients with cubed bread and pour over butter. Bake at 325 for 30 min. Serve with vanilla pudding. Serve warm
- 2. Pudding: Mix sugar, flour & eggs. Pour into scalded milk. Cook & stir constantly till thick (pudding consistancy) Add vanilla.
- 3. To prevent pudding from getting a scum on top cover with wax paper immediately till served.
