My Mom made this when I was a kid. It was a favorite of my brother, Rocky, and me. Hope you like it too.

Steps:
- 1. Saute onion, celery and beef.
- 2. Add water and cornstarch. Stir until thinckened.
- 3. Add soy sauce, bouillion and bean sprouts. Mix well
- 4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and chow mein noodles.
