Steps:
- Measure sugar and flour into a large bowl, blend together. Melt butter in small pan, add cocoa and water, bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar; stir. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix and pour into greased and floured 10" x 16" pan. Bake 350F (180C) for 20 minutes or until cake springs back. Bring cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix and pour onto brownies while still hot. When cooled, cut into squares.
