Steps:
- Boil the water with the raisins. Reduce to medium heat and add the oatbran, cook for 1 minute before adding the oats. Add the cinnamon (optional.) Then cook for 4-5 more minutes. In a bowl mash the banana with a fork and add wheat germ, ground flaxseed,almonds (soak in water over night then peel,) and/or shelled hemp seeds (all optional.) Pour the soy milk and mix well. Enjoy!
