Mississippi Roast image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 pounds Boneless Chuck Roast
3 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Flour
3 tablespoons Canola Oil
6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
12 pieces Pepperonci
2 tablespoons Mayo
2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dried Dill

Steps:

  • Rub salt and pepper into meet. Then rub flour all over and sear in hot canola oil.
  • Add meat to crock pot along with butter and pepperoncini. Then make "Ranch" dressing from the remaining ingredients and add it.
  • Cook on high for 6-8 hours until meat is ready to shred. Serve over egg noodles or on sandwich buns.
