Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Pillsbury German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 c melted margarine
2/3 c evaporated milk
1 pkg Farleys caramels
1 c milk chocolate chips
1 c walnuts or pecans

Steps:

  • Mix cake mix, 3/4 c melted margarine, 1/3 c evaporated milk and 1 c nuts. Pat 1/2 of mixture into pan (spray with Pam spray) and bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. While baking, melt caramels with 1/3 c evaporated milk. Remove mixture from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then spread melted caramels over the chips. Pat the remaining mixture into 6 patties and put on top of caramels. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
