This fruit bowl practically makes itself, and it's low-fat! It's a great way to get your kids to eat fruit, or spoon it into pretty sherbet dishes for a light summer dessert.

Steps:
- Mix reserved juice from the pineapple and pears with pudding mix until all lumps are dissolved.
- Drain and discard the juice from the peaches. Cut peaches and pears into bite size pieces. Cut up the apple and bananas if using.
- Stir all fruit into the pudding mixture and chill!
- **NOTE: Chopped pecans or walnuts are a great addition to this dish.
