Steps:
- Soften butter
- Stir sugar, salt, butter, evaporated milk, and marshmallow fluff together
- Stir mixture constantly over medium heat until sugar melts and "softball" consistency is reached - about 25 minutes
- Turn off heat and stir in mint extract
- Fold in semi-sweet and mint chips, stirring to melt - reserve a few green mint chips
- Pour mixture into parchment paper lined pans or trays
- Place reserved green mint chips on top for decoration
- Cool for several hours before cutting
