Miniature Cream Puffs image

0.5 cups water
0.5 sticks butter
0.25 teaspoons salt
0.5 cups flour
2 units eggs

Steps:

  • Combine water, butter, salt and heat to boiling. Add flour all at once, stir until mixture leaves side of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time until batter is smooth.
  • Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased pan - 2" apart.
  • Bake until puffed and brown at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
