Mini Spinach Omelet Bites image

If ham-and-spinach omelets are on your list of morning faves, just wait 'til you've tried these cheesy, bite-size versions made in a mini muffin pan.

12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, cut in half
4 eggs
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1-1/2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray; line with ham pieces.
  • Whisk eggs, dressing, milk and seasonings in large bowl until blended. Stir in spinach and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until edges are golden brown and centers are set. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.
