Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix meat, cracker crumbs, egg, garlic, 1/4 cup each cheese and pasta sauce, and 2 Tbsp. parsley just until blended.
- Shape into 4 small loaves on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 22 to 26 min. or until done (160ºF), topping with remaining pasta sauce and cheese for last 5 min. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
