Steps:
- 1) Warm a medium size saute pan over the medium heat 2) Place butter, sugar, cinnamon and apples into pan. Cook until apples are a little soft 3) Using a pastry cutter, put butter into remaining crust ingredients until it looks crumby 4) Spray mini-muffin tins with cooking spray 5) Place spoonful of crust into each muffin cup 6) Press crust into sides to create a cup shape 7) Fill with apple filling and top with more crust (don't fill the muffin cups all the way up, they'll spill over) 8) Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes 9) Remove from tins when they're still slightly warm
