MILK CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER HOT COCOA image

2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 ounces milk chocolate, chopped (about a cup)
ΒΌ cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Warm milk and cream in medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and combined. Continue to warm until mixture is thick, about 5 min. Whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Can be refrigerated up to 1 week. Reward in heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
