Steps:
- 1. Heat coals in a grill. 2. On the stove, in a large pot, fill more than halfway with water and season with cloves, pepper, oregano, garlic salt, basil, lemon pepper, italian seasoning, lemmon juice. 3. Boil the racks of ribs in the seasoned water for 30 minutes. 4. Prepare the grill for medium-heat coals with mesquite chips and a pan filled with water. 5. Rub the ribs with the garlic, chilipowder, red pepper, cumin, and Dave's Rib Rub. 6. Grill on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours each side, starting with the bone-side down first. When only 40 minutes are left, slather the ribs with BBQ sauce.
