Microwave Chicken Breast Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 to 4 chicken breasts
butter
parchment paper

Steps:

  • Spread butter or margarine onto parchment paper. Place chicken on paper and fold the paper around the chicken. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes for 2 breasts Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes for 4 brests Leave in paper and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Brush with browning sauce before serving, if desired or cut up and use with saucessoups, or salads.
