Mexican Tilapia Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 tilapia fillets, 4 to 5 ounces each
2 teaspoons chile powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
15 ounces Mexican salsa
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lay fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle with chile powder and black pepper. Cover with salsa and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
