Mexican Salsa Roll-Ups image

A quick appetizer with a distinct Mexican flair that's perfect for a Cinco de Mayo party or to enjoy anytime with a fresh batch of margaritas. Each serving is 2 slices, and it's about 90 calories total.

4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp low-fat salsa
1/4 tsp chili powder
4 medium whole wheat tortillas (6-inch in size)
1/2 c reduced-fat montery jack cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together the cream cheese, salsa and chili powder until well blended.
  • 2. Divide filling evenly among the tortillas, and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the filling.
  • 3. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Cut each rolled tortilla crosswise into 5 slices.
  • 4. Transfer slices to a large serving platter. Cover platter with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
