MEXICAN FRUITCAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup nuts
1 19 oz can crushed pineapple including juice
Frosting
1 250g cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Cake Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add eggs and pineapple to dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake in 350F oven for 30-40 mins or until tests done. Frosting Beat together well, until smoothe. Spread on cake when it first comes out of the oven.
