Mega Meat Rub Mix image

This recipe is from Jeff Mauro. I think it works especially well on pork and beef or bison. Use as much as you like or none of the salt.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup(s) kosher salt
1/4 cup(s) coconut sugar
1/4 cup(s) chili powder
1/4 cup(s) smoked paprika
1 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
1 tablespoon(s) plus 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the salt, coconut sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper and cayenne until well combined.
  • Use as a rub on your favorite meats or whatever strikes your fancy.
