Not sure where my mother got this recipe, but it is tasty. She called it her easy pork chop and rice dinner. The recipe card she handed down to me actually calls it mediterranean pork chops. I know its sort of a cheat recipe because of the canned manwich, but it still is good and so easy! I am sure you could add some veggies to the mix to make it healthier! Give it a try!

- Bake 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and top with remaining cheese.
- Pour remaining manwich mixed with remaining water over top of all.
- Bake, uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
