- 1. Boil water and cook orzo until tender. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat oil over medium heat in deep 12-inch skillet. Add chopped onion. Stir fry. 3. Add chicken. Raise heat to medium-high. Add garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. 4. Stir in wine and cook 1 min. 5. Add tomatoes with their juice and the feta cheese. Add parsley. Stir and cook 1 min. 6. Serve over hot orzo.
