Steps:
- 1. Saute onion and garlic on low about five minutes.
- 2. Mix meat,eggs,salt, oregano,sour cream and bread crumbs,add sauce and stir in well, shape into loaf in baking dish and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- 3. Spread pepper,sugar and vinegar mixture over meatloaf before baking.
- 4. Remove from oven and let rest 1/2 hour covered.
