Meatloaf Parmesan image

The great American meatloaf goes Italian in this family-pleasing recipe made with marinara sauce, fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
3/4 cup CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
1/2 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix meat, 1/4 cup marinara sauce, bread crumbs, 3 Tbsp. cheese, onions, egg white, Italian seasoning and 2 Tbsp. basil.
  • Shape into 9x4-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meatloaf.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done (160°F).
