Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Boil water for potatoes. 2. In food processor, chop celery, peppers and onion. Combine with beef in bowl. 3. In small bowl, whisk 1 egg with splash of milk and add to meat. Add bread crumbs and grill seasoning. 4. In separate bowl, combine salsa, BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour half onto meat. 5. Scoop meat into muffin tins. 6. Brush remaining sauce over muffins and bake in oven 18-20 minutes.
