Home-made meatballs to use in clear noodle soup or boil in vegetable stock with some chopped carrot and potato.

50 g mince meat
2 tablespoons cooked rice

Steps:

  • Mix the meat and the rice.
  • Shape into walnut sized balls.
  • Make sure there is plenty of liquid in the soup you are adding these to
  • Bring the soup to boil then cook until the meatballs float to the surface.
