Steps:
- In a pot, mix the Chicken, Andouilles and Onions with some olive oil. Cook until golden for ~10mn. Add the Celery, Carrots, Bell Peppers and herbs. Cook and steer for another ~10mn. Add the Tomatoes and Broth and cook over medium heat for 2-3 hours. Cook the rice with water. When ready add it to the above mix 10-15mn before serving. Once you're ready to serve, turn off the heat, add the Heavy Whipping Cream, and mix it with a wooden spoon. Voila!
