Steps:
- Melt butter, add brown sugar until caramel type consisteny. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Lay Matzoh flat in single layer Spread butter/sugar mix on Matzoh. Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips and let melt. Spread chocolate evenly. Add additional topping if desired (I like to use toffee chips or nuts). Chill in refridgerator about 2 hours. Break into bark pieces and EAT IT!!
