Martha's Tasty Fruit Salad image

This fruit salad is a little different from most '5 cup', '7 cup', etc. fruit salads, in that it does not have coconut in it. The sweetness is provided entirely by the mini marshmallows. Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c sliced bananas
1 c manderin orange slices (do not use juice from cans)
1 c seedless grapes
1 c sour cream
1 c mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Gently toss together all fruits and the marshmallows. I usually cut the grapes and mandarin orange slices in half.
  • 2. Pour the sour cream over the fruits, and stir gently until well mixed. Let set for several hours so flavors can blend.
  • 3. *Add more or less of any ingredient you choose, but it is important you let it set for a few hours so the marshmallows can release their sweetness.
