Steps:
- Melt butter add sugar, salt, beaten egg yolks, and lemon juice. Cook until thick.
- LET COOL COMPLETELY!
- Whip heavy whipping cream. Add cooled dressing. Mix in diced pineapple, chopped pecans and marshmallows. Refrigerate.
- Better if made 24 hours ahead.
