Steps:
- Melt ¼ stick butter in cast iron skillet. Saute onion. While onion is cooking, season meat with a good amount of seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. Remove onion and set aside. Add 2 Tbsp butter to the same skillet used to cook onion. Turn heat to high to melt the butter and let it begin to turn brown. Add enough meat to the hot skillet to form a single layer. Do not stir. Let it cook for a minute, or long enough for that side to brown well. Use a spatula to flip the meat. Cook for another minute and remove to a plate. Repeat until all meat is cooked. Add another 2 Tbsp butter to the skillet and return all meat and onion to the skillet. Pour a good amount of Worcestershire sauce and several dashes of Tabasco. Simmer over low heat until cooked thoroughly and heated throughout. Cut each roll in half length wise. Butter and brown on a griddle or in oven. Spoon meat on bottom half of the rolls, then pour the juices over the meat. Top with the other half and enjoy. (You can also add mushrooms or green peppers or top with cheese.)
