Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c sugar
3/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 medium vidalia onions, sliced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • 1. In a large salad bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add onions and carrots; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
