1 lb fresh swordfish, about 3/4 inch thick
3 tb soy sauce
3 tb olive oil
3 tb lemon juice
sliver of ginger (optional)

Steps:

  • place all ingredients in flat pan (e.g. pyrex baking dish) cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning once grill directly over charcoal, three minutes per side DO NOT OVERCOOK
