MARINATED SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tbs finely chopped parsley
2 tbs finely chopped green onion
3 tbs olive oil
1 good seasons garlic and herb dressing mix
1 lb large cooked peeled and deveined shrimp
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and halved
16 oz can black olives drained
1 cup grape tomatoes halved
1 4 oz feta cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
Fresh basil to taste

Steps:

  • Whisk balsamic vinegar with next 4 ingredients. Stir in shrimp and next 4 ingredients, refrigerate 8 to 24 hours add desired amount of chopped basil before serving.
