MARINATED RIBEYES image

I got this recipe from Taste of Home, and it is one of my family's favorites. Even though it takes several ingredients, they're probably ones that you have on hand, and the results are well worth it. I always marinate overnight for best results. The flavor is awesome and this has become our favorite way to prepare steaks.

Time 4h25m

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 c barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 beef ribeye steaks, 8 ounces each

Steps:

  • 1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first 9 ingredients. Add the steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. For medium-rare a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees; medium 160 degrees; well-done 170 degrees.
