Marinated Crab Claws
1/3 cup minced green onions
1/3 cup minced parsley
1 rib celery minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 Wishbone salad dressing
2 T tarragon vinegar
¼ fresh lemon juice
½ cup water
dash oregano
A-1 steak sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 1-pound container of pasteurized crab claws

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill for approximately 8 hours; add 1 container of crab claws and marinate for several hours.
