- 1. Place all of the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl and mix. Place the pork chops in a container; add the marinade and make sure each pork chop in covered with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to over night. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pork chops; do not over crowd the pan. Cook the pork chops about 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Do not overcook ....the pork will be very dry.
