Poultry can be a bit on the bland side... but not with these awesome marinades on your side. These are my go-to marinades when I'm looking to spice up some chicken. Use them on breasts, thighs, legs... whatever your pleasure.... Bone in, bone out, skin on, skin off... it doesn't matter. Choose your marinade, and have some fun. So, you ready... Steps:
- The one exception to a marinade is the first one... that technically is a brine. Brining chicken can make it really juicy, and works in many recipes.
- For the marinades, mix all the ingredients together and place into a bowl or Ziplock bag, add the chicken and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. The exception to this is the brine... chicken should only be brined for 2 or 3 hours.
- Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
