Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk. Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed. Add banana, egg, and sour cream and beat until blended. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed until moist. 4. Melt chocolate and add to 1 cup of batter stirring until well combined. Spoon chocolate batter alternately with plain batter into 8 x 5 in. loaf pan. 5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
