Steps:
- 1. Brown the hot sausage and mild sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Mix with cracker crumbs, beaten eggs, milk, apple, maple syrup and sage in large bowl. Spoon into a greased ring mold. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Invert onto a serving platter and fill center with scrambled eggs. Serves 12 Big Taste of Little Rock
