Steps:
- In small metal cake pan toast hazelnuts in 350 degree oven 5-10 min. Take off as much of skins as possible. Coarsely chop. In roasting pan, toss together brussels sprouts ,onion, oil, salt and pepper. Roast in 425 deg. oven stirring occasionally until tender and edges are browned about 30 min. Add nuts, maple syrup and vinegar, toss to combine. Roast 5 minutes .
