Maple Bourbon Bacon-Chocolate Chip Cookies image

1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Naturally Hardwood Smoked Maple Bourbon Thick Cut Bacon, cooked, chopped and divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove cookie dough from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. or until slightly softened.
  • Place dough in large bowl. Add 3/4 of the bacon; mix well.
  • Drop heaping teaspoonsful of dough, 2 inches apart, into 24 mounds on baking sheets.
  • Top with remaining bacon; press lightly into dough to secure.
  • Bake 12 to 13 min. or until golden brown.
  • Cool on baking sheets 2 min. Remove to wire racks, cool completely.
