Steps:
- Cook manicotti as directed. Brown meat in oil in frypan. Drain. combine bread & milk. Stand 2 mins. Add meat & remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce & parmesan. Fill manicotti and top with sauce & parmesan. Bake @ ??? for ?? mins.
