Try something new at the lemonade stand with our Mango Lemonade recipe. A delightful twist on a timeless classic, Mango Lemonade is made with fresh mangos for a lively, fruity flavor. And, hey, even if the kids don't turn a profit, you'll still have a really refreshing drink on hand.

3 fresh mangos, divided
2 qt. (8 cups) cold water, divided
1-1/4 cups COUNTRY TIME Lemonade or Pink Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

Steps:

  • Peel 1 mango; cut into 7 slices. Reserve for later use.
  • Peel and chop remaining mangos; place in blender.
  • Add 2 cups water and lemonade mix; blend on high speed 1 to 2 min. or until smooth.
  • Pour into 3-qt. glass or plastic pitcher; stir in remaining water.
  • Serve over ice garnished with reserved mango slices.
