MANCHEGO WITH HONEY BROWN BUTTER SAUCE image

1 stick butter (use less)
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 pound Manchego cheese wedge
Sea salt

Steps:

  • Melt butter in small saute pan, and cook until it turns a golden brown. Drizzle in honey and stir to incorporate (whisk). Pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle with sea salt.
